Janssen Considers Villainess Vamp for MIB2

Famke Janssen (X-Men, GoldenEye) is negotiating to star as the lead villainess in director Barry Sonnenfeld's Men in Black 2 for Columbia Pictures. Production is scheduled to begin in June, though the possible writers and actors strikes could throw a kink in to the plans. MIB 2 will reunite Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones to reprise their roles as Agent J and Agent K, respectively. It's likely that Rip Torn will return as MIB boss Z, but there's no word yet on whether Linda Fiorentino will appear as Agent L. The story is being closely guarded but Janssen has been offered the role of  Serleena, a beautiful but dangerous opponent. Johnny Knoxville (MTV's Jackass)  will appear as a two-headed alien, and Rosario Dawson (Josie and the Pussycats) will Rita, a love interest for Agent J. Barry Fanaro wrote the current screenplay draft. Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald are back on board to produce. The original Men in Black movie was based a Malibu Comics series of the same name by Lowell Cunningham.
